We Farouk I of EgyptThe Senate and House of Representatives the following law, was ratified and enacted:Article 1 - The Ministry of Public Health established the Board of Control of mental reservation in respect of view of people with mental illnesses and their release and in the licensing hospitals prepared for them and inspected in accordance with the provisions of this law.Article 2 - This is the Council as follows
:1 - Undersecretary of the Ministry of Public Health for medical affairs or his president.2 - Director of Department of Mental Health, Ministry of Public Health or his members.3 - Attorney General be deposited with the civil courts or the President on behalf of the appeal - Alovakoto GP first mixed before the courts or the heads of a prosecution (for the transition period) as a member.4 - Chief Medical Examiner or his members.5 - a senior staff member assigned by the Minister of Interior members.6 - a senior staff member assigned by the Minister of Social Affairs members.7 - Professor of Neurology at the University of Fuad I members.8 - representative from the Department of issues and Ministry of Public Health degree in at least a member of Vice.9 - A senior Ministry of Health doctors and public members appointed by the Minister.10 - Chief Medical Officer of the Prison Service or his members.11 - Skurtirip and shall be appointed by the Council of Minister of Public Health staff for this purpose.Article 3 - The Board shall meet at such times as determined by or at the request of the President when the need shall not be held valid unless attended by more than half of the members, including representatives of a public prosecutor and issued its decisions by a majority vote of those present and equal, if consensus is likely that in his opinion the President.In performance of duties that required hospitals and other entities responsible for all statistics and data, which sees as being necessary.PART TWOReservation with mental illnesses and their release
Article 4 - No reservations may be infected with disease in his right mind would if this disease that disturbs the peace or public order or fear for the safety of the patient or the safety of others and in accordance with the provisions of this law.
