Mental Health Fund
Article (51):
Fund is established for mental health at the Ministry of Health and Population Management Council is managed by a decision of the Minister of Health and Population as follows:
1. Secretary-General of Mental Health (Chairman).
2. Chairman of the Central Secretariat at the Ministry of Health and Population (member)
3. One of the members of the National Council for Mental Health (member)
4. Member for NGOs interested in mental health. (Member)
5. A business interested in mental health. (Member)
6. Controller of the Ministry of Health and Population. (Member)
The Council may seek the help of someone who sees experienced
Article (52)
The Fund's resources consist of: -
1. Is assigned to him in the state budget.
2. Gifts, bequests and donations.
3. Certificates of registration fees for the facilities provided for in Article (1) of this Act, including not more than ten thousand pounds upon registration or upon renewal and Regulations shall specify the conditions and procedures required in this regard.
4. Fees for issuing certificates and medical reports that determine the decision of the Minister of Health and the population does not exceed (ten pounds) for a certificate or report.
5. Outcome of the hallmarks of mental health which is levied on each ticket includes medical treatment by myself (fifty pounds).
6. Entry fees for treatment of mental health facilities and determined by a decision of the Minister of Health and Population, including at least five pounds and not exceeding two hundred pounds, paid by enterprises for each case of entry for treatment of.
Is the exchange of the proceeds for the following purposes: -
* 40% (forty percent) of the independent evaluation procedures
* 0.20% (twenty percent) care of the mentally ill who have no provider
* 15% (fifteen percent) training.
* 0.10% (ten percent) awareness campaigns for mental health community
* .5% (Five percent) to support patients rights commissions
* 5% (five percent) allowances for the presence of members of boards of mental health
* .5% (Five percent) incentives for workers to mental health
Article (53):
The Minister of Health and Population, a resolution of financial and administrative regulation of the Fund of Mental Health.
