Sanctions
Article (54):
Punishable by imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years and a fine of not less than five thousand pounds and not more than ten thousand pounds or either:

Article (55):
Punishable by imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months and a fine of not more than three thousand pounds or either:

Article (56):
Punishable by imprisonment for not be approved years and a fine of not more than five thousand pounds or either:
Anyone who was in charge of guarding or nursing or treat a person with mental illness and ill-treated or neglected in a manner likely to cause him pain or damage.
If the result of the ill-treatment of illness or injury the patient's body the punishment shall be imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years.
Article (57):
Punishable by imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year and a fine of not less than five thousand pounds and not exceeding ten thousand pounds or either penalty: Any person who violates any of the materials (31, 35,34,32, 36, 37).
Article (58):
Punishable by imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months and a fine of not less than five thousand pounds and not more than ten thousand pounds or either of the patient's psychological secrets disclosed in violation of this law, or intentionally or negligently gave him a severe drug without your doctor's instructions or in violation of the instructions.
Article (59):

Article (60):
Punishable by a fine of not less than one thousand pounds and not more than five thousand pounds every person who violates the provisions of Article (45) unless provided for tougher sanctions on this law.
Article (61):
Without prejudice to the penalties provided for in this law to the provisions of the Penal Code or any other law of tougher sanctions, and without prejudice to the disciplinary trial.
In the event of damage to the patient or is a result of the application procedures and regulations stipulated in this law exempts a physician from criminal liability as long as the Valley of work to the fullest without violating the provisions of this law and its implementing regulations or the origins and traditions of practice.
