 Patient Rights
Article (45):
 The patient has a psychological one which deals with facilities provided for in Article (1) the following rights: -
1. Receive due attention in a safe and clean.
2. Prohibition of restriction of liberty at odds with the law.
3. Take note of the name and function of all members of the management team that is sponsored by the entity
4. Refused to treat his debate or knowledge of any of the members of the team management.

5. Receive full information about the diagnosis given for his condition and treatment plan of the proposed developments and the likelihood of his condition.
6. That treatment is given to it in accordance with medical standards established and recognized in the scientific community.
7. Refused to yield to scientific research that has, if approved, explain fully to the goal of the experiment and taking into account the prohibition of research on
       Patients subject to the decisions of entry and mandatory treatment. .
8. Protect the confidentiality of the information concerning him and has medical as well as privacy and his personal belongings and place of residence facility.
9. See in the image of his medical file and obtain a full copy of it as determined by the executive regulations of this law unless
       Subject to the access system or mandatory treatment in this case the patient may be requested from the local council for mental health.
10. Appeal of any action in accordance with the rules and procedures prescribed by the Regulations.
11. Visitors refused to interview or interviewed unless inconsistent with the corresponding treatment plan. And enable access to his lawyer.
12. Access to therapeutic leave in accordance with the treatment plan set for it.
13. Request exit from the facility without the accompaniment of one of his family when he entered the period ended mandatory.
14. Protection from economic exploitation, sexual and physical abuse and physical and degrading treatment and punishment, mental or physical.
15. Freedom of access to postal and telephone services.
 Article (46):
Without prejudice to the decisions of treatment and compulsory treatment orders and taking into account as determined by the Regulations in this regard, the patient has the right to psychological as follows: -
  A - received the necessary information to give free, informed and express consent of each proposed treatment of the therapeutic team.
 B - refuse treatment given to it and take note of the impact of this refusal on his health.
 C - taking its opinion in all decisions relating to treatment are in and out of the business and get in writing from the management of the establishment of a plan of treatment and out.
Article (47):
Committed to each facility subject to this law to hand over the patient and his family a copy of the patient's rights set forth in the preceding two articles at the entry and deposit it with a copy of these rights has medical and other medical records after the signature of the patient. Also committed to developing a copy of those rights in places visible to the information of the patients and visitors and is committed to managing the business to clarify these rights for each patient at entry and remedies and how to submit complaints, a body tasked with the receipt of such complaints in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations, and must inform the patient when he entered the facility the legal situation for entry and exit in the right according to the legal status and how to appeal against the procedures of entry and compulsory treatment must also do so when renewing those actions.
Article (48):
A facility with all the rights of patients to care for a decision of the Director of the facility as follows: -
1. A doctor from the facility. (Chairman)
2. One of the people of the patients. (Member)
3. One of the members of the NGOs concerned with human patients. (Member)
4. Specialist social institution. (Member)
5. One of the members of the organization's legal affairs.(Member)
This committee shall under the auspices of the rights provided for in this law, and that by receiving complaints from patients or their relatives and adjudicated, and action campaigns raise awareness of the rights of patients and staff.
 Article (49):
Is not permissible for non-members of the team based on the therapeutic or medical records to see documents related to the patient only with the written permission of it. Nor may extract an image of them without permission from the local council for mental health.
 Article (50):
May not restrict the freedom of the patient physically or by any means and placed in the isolation room without following the technical procedures prescribed by the Regulations of this law.
