Even though I can’t lose weight…
Even though I don’t believe diets work…
Even though I’m convinced I’ll regain the weight if I lose it…
Even though no one in my family has ever kept the weight off (OPTIONAL)…
Even though I’m convinced I can’t lose weight…
TAP: I can’t lose weight. It doesn’t work for me. I gain it right back anyway. It’s not working. I’m so frustrated. I choose to stay calm. I appreciate all the blessings in my life.
