What Is Sivananda Yoga?
Sivananda Yoga is a classical system of yoga developed by Sri Swami Vishnu-devananda (1927–1993). It is based on a five-point system that can help men develop physical, mental, and spiritual health by promoting proper exercise, breathing, relaxation, diet, and positive thinking (vedanta) and meditation to achieve physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
